Kim Kardashian, the star of the hit reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, is making news with her new car. In her most recent appearance on the TV show Million Dollar Wheels, Kim Kardashian was presented with a stunning Maybach Minivan.

Upon unveiling the Maybach Minivan, Kim gasped “Oh my God, this is amazing!” She was excited to try out the features of the car including lights that changed color from a warm yellow to a calm and clear blue. The Maybach Minivan also had a TV and a partition that offered privacy at the push of a button.

The star has always been a fan of cars, explaining “I had four Maybach trucks, and I need a fleet, so I was like, if I’m not going to get this, then I might sell them all and move into Rolls [Royces] or something.” She added, “Now I have too many cars.”

How Did Kim Get Her Maybach Minivan?

RD Whittington, the host of Million Dollar Wheels, said this about the Maybach Minivan “is literally the first one in the U.S. of its kind. We’ve been super excited, working around the clock to make this happen.”

RD Whittington is a celebrity car dealer that delivered cars to high-profile clients in the entertainment industry including Tom Holland, Travis Barker, Floyd Mayweather, Taylor Swift, and Kanye West. “We literally thought of everything in this to make it completely custom just for you,” Whittington told Kim.

Kim Kardashian’s Car Collection Is Worth Over $4.5 Million

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star gave her fans a tour of her $60 million California home while revealing her luxury car collection. The cars parked in her garage include 5 Maybachs worth $1 million. These Maybachs were gifted to Kim Kardashian by her ex-husband Kanye West.

Her car collection also includes a Bentley Continental GTC worth $180,000, a Lamborghini Aventador worth $497,000, a Lamborghini Huracan worth $309,985, an AMG G-Wagon worth $221,000, a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren worth $498,000, a Dartz Prombron Iron Diamond worth $1,200,000, a Range Rover worth $211,000, a Rolls-Royce Ghost worth $330,000, and a Ferrari 458 Italia worth $101,000.

With the Maybach Minivan being the latest addition to Kim Kardashian’s assets, her car collection is worth over $4.5 million.

Kim's Maybach Minivan Cost $400K

The pricey minivan far exceeds what non-celeb parents would purchase for their growing broods, and Kim was lucky enough to have the $400K luxury van gifted to her. Talk about the perks of the business!

The van is said to have cost $400,000, but Kim didn't pay a penny — except, perhaps, to have the vehicle painted grey, to match her home.

But, the Maybach dealer doesn't seem to mind Kim's customizations. “I just bought her a black van that is completely custom and ready to go, and now she wants to change the color and paint it grey. Is this a problem? Absolutely not,” said RD Whittington.

Does Kim Actually Drive Her Maybach Minivan?

When she received the minivan, Kim enthused that she plans to pick her kids up with her new car. She said, “So, I’m going to school in this tomorrow. We were joking that we needed a bus. Who needs a bus?”

The real question though, as Kim joked about school dropoff and pickup, is whether Kim actually drives herself and her brood. With four kids, she likely has multiple school dropoffs to do, from preschool to elementary. But given the family's high profile, do the Kardashian-Wests actually drive their kids to school in their own cars?

While fans might expect that the Kardashian-West kids are chauffeured to and from school by drivers in suits, protected from paparazzi by tinted glass and mean grimaces from the bodyguards, that doesn't actually seem to be the case.

Sure, Kim has admitted that she has 'struggled' to remember how to drive her Lamborghini before. But recently, amid the drama with Kanye, she mentioned, during some drama that came on social media, that her ex had been at the kids' school that morning.

While Ye may be trying to sabotage Kim's current relationship, he's still making an effort to be in his kids' lives, even if fans struggle to imagine Ye sitting in the pickup line.

But this context could mean that Kim and Ye both cart their kids around, glamorous luxury rides be darned. Parenting is parenting, after all.

Either way, it does seem like Kim will use the new van, though to what extent, fans can't be sure. With such a vast collection of vehicles, she could choose a different one for each day of the week!
